Yes, our crew will arrive equipped with tools, tape, bags, and plastic rolls. However, please note that we do not provide boxes. We kindly request that you pack any fragile items in boxes prior to our arrival to expedite the process and save time.

  • For locations in high-rise buildings such as Marina, DIFC, and Business Bay, we kindly request that you schedule your pick-up between 10 am and 6 pm to ensure smooth coordination during daylight hours.
  • If any items require dismantling, and you are comfortable doing so, we recommend taking before and after pictures of the furniture. This allows our team to understand the original condition and appreciate the changes made.
  • To facilitate efficiency, gather small items and place them in a bag near the door. This ensures easy access for our team during the collection.
  • Inform your friends or neighbors in the building or community about our scheduled visit. They may have items they wish to dispose of as well, and we can accommodate their requests during the same visit.
  • Utilize community social media platforms to spread the word. Share that Junk-Collector will be present on a specific date and encourage those with unwanted items to contact us for collection.

  • In the event of such an occurrence, we kindly ask you to contact us without delay. Once notified, our team will initiate a prompt search and tracking process, typically resolving the matter within 4 to 7 days. Rest assured, we will make every effort to locate and return your items to you as quickly as possible.
  • We highly recommend providing notice as early as possible. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, giving us advance notice is greatly appreciated.
  • For regular pick-ups, sending an email or SMS is sufficient, even for last-minute requests.
  • In most cases, a notice of 60 minutes allows us ample time to reach your location.
  • During the month of Ramadan, we kindly request a notice period of 2-4 hours for added convenience.

Yes, we offer dismantling services for beds, TV cabinets, and wardrobes. Our team is equipped to handle the dismantling process to facilitate the removal of these items.

  • Absolutely! You have the option to either send the items to our facilities in Ajman or simply give us a call to make the necessary arrangements.
  • As we have trucks operating in various locations, we can easily guide you to the most convenient drop-off point. You can hand over the items to our team at the designated location.
  • We offer three time slots for scheduling: 9:30 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
  • It is advisable to schedule the collection earlier in the day. This is because, after 5:00 pm, some security guards may restrict access for collections, or our trucks may reach maximum capacity. Therefore, to ensure a smooth and timely pick-up, it is recommended to schedule the collection during the earlier time slots.
  • While it is preferred that you are present during the pick-up, we understand that it may not always be possible. In such cases, please ensure to notify your building’s security and complete any necessary forms that authorize us to remove the items from your premises.
  • If you are unable to be present and decide to leave the door open, kindly mark the specific items that are intended for removal. This will help us ensure that we only take the items you wish to dispose of and avoid any confusion.
  • In the rare event that we mistakenly take an item that was not intended for removal, you would need to visit our Ajman facility to retrieve it.
  • While your presence during the pick-up is preferred, we strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth collection process.

  • Staircase Limitations: For safety reasons, we are unable to remove bulky furniture from the staircases of older apartment buildings in areas such as Karama, Naif, and Dubai. However, if there is an elevator available, we will be able to facilitate the removal.
  • Access Pass: If a building or community requires an access pass for entry, we kindly request that you have the pass readily available. This helps expedite the process and ensures a smoother collection experience.
